Banana Walnut Loaf



Buttermilk: 1/2 cup (I didn't have buttermilk so I just used regular milk)
Butter: 2/3 cup
2 eggs
Vanilla: 1 1/2 teaspoons
Mashed bananas: 1 1/2 cups
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Granulated sugar: 1 1/3 cups
Unbleached all-purpose flour: 2 2/3 cups
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Baking soda: 1 1/2 teaspoons
Chopped walnuts: 3/4 cup
